MSN is no longer working. this is fine. However every 2 min. the window is blocked with a "MSN" all white box. I have to reach the GPS on the windshield(it's a stretch as I have it in a Mercedes Sprinter) , to touch the screen to clear it to go back to the map, only to have it repeat the white out window in about . How do I tell the GPS MSN is OFF. Is there a power cord available without the MSNdirect receiver built in? Please this is very distracting while driving. Gabi, katemb2007@hotmail.com 520-260-6650

I could not find a menu option to stop the prompt you are getting. You can purchase a new cable that does not have MSN direct. Here is a link
