I used my Tom Tom GO 630 for the first time last week----it seemed like the volume kept getting lower---now, it is just to low to hear very well. Is there a way to adjust the volume.

Hello James,

Just touch the bottom left of the map screen to bring up the volume tab.

Cheers

I know where the sound controls are and that button turns the volume on or off, my Tom Tom WAS working fine and now can only be heard if used directly pressed against my ear. It's too quiet and I don't know how to fix it! Any help would be appreciated.

Because we don't sell Tomtom units at this time I am unaware of any issues with Volume. Please contact the technical support team at Tomtom to see if you need a new unit or if there is a quick fix for yours.

Before you call you will want to try a firmware update to see if it is a software issue. When you call Tomtom make sure you have the unit handy along with a computer and data cable.
