How do I load a memory card, plug the card into the laptops card slot or into the garmin? Step by step please. Also,why does the current route# and the upcoming route# not display at all times? I need both road name and route# if applicable. I drive by route#, road name signs often don't exist or are too small to read. The unit can tell when I reach the address, I just want to verify my location as I drive. I always use paper maps as backup. "Susie" has been known to lie. Thanks for the help.

What are you trying to load to the memory card? An update? new maps? POI's? Do you have the software already?

I do not know of a way to have it say the route name over the actual highway or street name show up all the time.
