The full map set of North America will not install on my Nuvi 265wt. I purchased a 4GB micro sd card and loaded the full map set of North America however the GPS will not show the maps. How can I setup the GPS to read the maps on the sd card?

Further to my question the card I have is a Lexar microSDHC.

You may need to turn the map on in the settings. I don't have a video on that unit but this video may help you find the proper menu.

Problem solved. Because I couldn’t install the full map set of North America on the gps, I only installed a partial set of maps. A week later I installed the full map set of North America on the sd card. Because they were of the same map set installed on the gps the gps would only read the maps on the gps. I installed a older map set on the gps and then I could change the map selection in the maps setting to access only the full map set of North America on the SD card and now the gps is reading only the maps on the SD card.
