My Garmin gets stuck on default city.It asks for city or zip/when entering my "Go To" address.It doesn't recognize the city or zip because it seems to be stuck in Illinois.How do I get it to allow me to enter Pennsylvania(not an option on go to screen

You can use the Change State/Country button at the bottom of the page where you see the option to enter a city.
