When I turn my 1490 on, I get a white screen with a vertical and a horizontal line intersecting at a dot with the message 'Press dot'. How do I get back to the main screen?

You will need to press the dots. If the screen does not go away make sure there is no Damage to the screen. Also make sure the screen is clean with no dirt in the edges of it.

** If you recently put a screen protector on that may be the problem. Take it off then try again.
