Once we get a live model we will be able to share better information with you. all we have at this time is the product release memos. Based on those these are some differences in the models.

-Magnetic Mount
-Garmin Real Voice with Real Directions

I am sure there are more differences that we will learn more about when we get the devices

Check out the Garmin website for the differences in the models- you don't have to wait for GPS city to get it to make your decision which to buy, they are clearly laid out on their website. there was another post here about it but it looks like it was removed.

- I don't recall removing any posts regarding the new models. It may have been posted under a different thread. We only remove posts that are inappropriate, inaccurate, point to unauthorized sites, ...

For me the main difference is that 3590 battery lasts 4 hours and 3597 single hour :-)

The other difference should be design/contours of the unit.
