Can I buy this product preloaded with topographic maps for western US?

Hello Doug,

Unfortunately you are not able to get this unit pre-loaded with topographic maps for the western US, but you are able to purchase the maps and load them your self.

So which map should I purchase of the western US for best results? The Garmin TOPO US 24K West DVD for Oregon Washington California Nevada or the preloaded micro SD card?

We tend to recommend the DVD for people who are more computer literate and who like to look at their routes ahead of time and do trip pre-planning. The SD card is a better option for those who prefer to pop it in their unit and be on their way. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
