Hi,

Q1: I realize it is on sales now at $229.95, may I ask how much time is left for the $229.95 sales. And also will it be on sales on Boxing Days again in case I miss it?

Q2: Will I be provided a tracking number for the shipping? What shipping method is used for the $9.95 shipping fee? How long does it take to reach Winnipeg?

We don't have information on sales we can give out. Please sign up for the newsletter to get knowledge of the sales as they are announced.

We ship Fed-Ex or Canada post. The 9.95 shipping will go fedex to urban centers. FedEx is the more reliable, faster and cheapest method based on how quick you will get the package. You can track your package if it goes FedEx.

At this time we do not accept paypal.

Thanks for the info. I would like to buy it as we speak, I realize there are 2 options for the $9.95 shipping, one is "shipped next day AM) while the other one is "2 days", may I know if I would like to receive this item at Winnipeg as soon as I can (preferably Dec 3) given these 2 options, which one should I go for?

If you need it next day (Dec 3rd) then you need to choose Overnight. It will be to you next day if you live in the City of Winnipeg. If you are in an outlying area it make take one extra day depending on how far you are from Winnipeg.

You mentioned the Overnight, would it be the $9.95 (2 Days) option in the list? Because I don't see an "Overnight" option to choose from.

Just one last question, do you cover DOA (Defect on Arrival)? What should I do if this is the case? Should I take pictures and return it for a replacement?

Just want to make things clear prior to my purchase.

Hello Thong,

We warranty our products and only sell NEW items at this time. There will be no issue with you getting the product damaged. Both Garmin and GPS City Warranty the product. GPSCity for the first 30 days and Garmin for the rest of the year.
