when "go to favorites" is selected the category list does not appear, only the list of favorites (2 screens). Why?

Hello Gary,

Is your map turned on? Did you do an update that failed? I suggest loading the update again. If that does not work then Garmin may have to help you with the unit. 1-800-800-1020
