Is there a hardware difference between the 2360LT and 2370LT? The only difference between the two as shown in th Gamin website is that the 2370LT includes pre-loaded maps for europe. If the hardware is available and the maps for europe are available (on SD), why is the 2370LT being launched at a later date. Also, why the price difference. On your website, the 2370 is being offered at $10 less than the 2360. The difference is significant when comparing purchasing the 2360 with the europe maps on SD card.

Hello XCS,

The price difference between the nuvi 2360LT and 2370LT is around $40 and if you are going to Europe it is worth getting the 2370. You were comaring the 2360LMT with the 2370LT. The 2360LMT comes with lifetime map updates, the LT models do not.

Cheers
Jordan

You're right. I was comparing the price of the 2360LMT. Unfortunately, I have to be in Europe on the 6th of March. Which would be an issue with the forecasted release date of the 2370LT so I decided to get the 2360LMT with the Europe maps on microSD card. But my question still stands on the options. ..do both of these units have identical hardware. The only apparent difference is that dual orientation view. On the Garmin website, it is shown as a feature on the 2360 but not on the 2370? Is this accurate?

They are identical except the nuvi 2370 has a little more memory for the Europe map. The extra memory is not accessible to the user because it is full of mapping.
