1350 Unit wont find Satalites ?

I have tried for days to connect to a satalite. Outside [for as long as I could stand the cold]inside the house[next to the window]in the car for several hours.What do I try next?

Good Day Paulette,
The Nuvi 1350 should of got satellites the first time you took it outside. It should not take any longer than 10 minutes the first time you turn it on. The second time it should take less than a minute to get enough satellites.
It sounds like your unit is not working properly. You can try to do a firmware update (webupdater) and if that does not work then contact the supplier or Garmin for additional assistance.
