Has anyone found that the 2360 takes you on a round-about trip. I can see the Freeway entrance ramp to my left but am directed to my right, go half mile, make a u-turn to get back to where I started to get on the ramp. This has happened in 3 different cities. I sometimes sends me in a direction that I know is wrong. All updates are loaded.

Hello Dennis,

Errors in the Road database from Navteq happens. Please feel free to pass what you notice to Navteq and Garmin. Even if you see the road there may be a break or error on it.

The routing technology in the nuvi 2360 is different to older units. Please also try changing those settings to see if that improves your routing performance.

Finally make sure you GPS is up to date because if you run across any know issues the update will fix them. Garmin has a program called WebUpdater that will make sure you are running the latest firmware.

Also Dennis,

If you have traffic enabled as an avoidance the GPS will automatically try to take you around any traffic it sees. Try routing without traffic set as an avoidance.

Hope this helps!
