Hello Mike,

As long as the vehicle uses a standard North American cigarette light plug, then it should work fine. It may be necessary to use an adapter if it does not.

Where can you buy an adapter? I have found that at least half the European rental cars (Fiats, etc.) I have come across do not have the standard North American socket and the North American plug flops around in the socket and will not maintain a connection. Very frustrating!

Hello Brooke,

The different plug is not common. I dont know of a place in North America to buy the adapter but I am sure in countries that use the cars with the different plug you can buy the adapter.
