Hi,There,
Can The Touch Screen Be More Accurate By Recalculating It? Cause Often When I Touch The Letter the Adjacent Letter Pops Up.
Thanks

Hello John,
From time to time you will need to recalibrate the screen on the GPS unit. You can do this by
1. Turn the Nuvi Off
2. Hold your finger in the middle of the screen
3. Turn the Nuvi ON then slide the power button to the LOCK position right away.
4. Hold you finger in the middle of the screen for about one minute until the calibration screen comes up.
5. Follow the instructions on the Screen
6. Once complete slide the power button to the middle position.

Here is a link to the Manual for more information.

You may want to try updating your unit also. If the problem continues please contact Garmin @ 1-800-800-1020 They may have another solution for you once you explain what you are experiencing.

My spacebar on the touch screen stopped working. This fixed the problem. Thanks.

I had the same problem with the screen needing to be calibrated. The solution above (2) fixed my problem. Thank you very much.
