Will this charger work with the Nuvi 40? it's not listed but i don't see why not....

This is an 18 inch USB cable only and will work with the Nuvi 40.

Important Note:
- This is a power cable only. It will not transfer data on your Garmin GPS due to special internal wiring that keep the unit working while charging.

Thank You. I'm only looking for power NOT data. Will be used to power Garmin Nuvi 40 on motorcycle.

A Bare wire connection is available that would work with the Nuvi 40 and would not require another 12V to 5V inline adapter.
