Where could I by New
My Fuse is Ok but after i plug in cigarete lighter it tels me
external power loss.What would this mean.If i plug in 12-to 12V adapter it is ok

It sounds like you have a short in the vehicle electric system if it keeps shutting down when in the car/truck and not plugged into your converter. Sometimes the wires behind the cigarette lighter port get twisted up from plugging and unplugging electronic devices.

all work fine.

The GTM 25 is no longer available as new, you can use the GTM 35 as a replacement.
