Hello Sasha, The order they go together is Ground contact (looks like 4 fingers) Spring Fuse collar Put the tip in the plastic tip then screw it into the cable. I hope that helps. You can mix up the order abit but they only go together one way. cheers Jesse

Thank you for this great info! Your reply and photo helped me put my power cord back together. Found the two tiny missing parts that we had overlooked on the floor of the car. After spending 40 minutes waiting on the phone for Garmin's tech support and then being told that it would be $59 to send in the cord for repair, I luckily found your site and easily put the cord back together for $0. Everything's working again. The photo and order installation were perfect. Again, THANKS!!
