Have you heard of the unit failing? Mine is now connecting and now dropping, turning of the GPS at times. Has this been reported yet? can I return for an exchange? I bought mine about 6 months ago.

Hello Rob,
We have had no issues with the EcoRoute cables as of yet. Garmin handles all defects and repairs so they may know the problem you are experiencing.
