Ecoroute Won't Connect to 3790LMT?

I just got the ecoroute HD cable and have tried to use it with my 3790LMT (firmware 3.90)and it seems not to be able to connect. The ecoroute HD display flashes green 3 times, which according to the manual means it is trying to establish a connection. Bluetooth on the 3790 is enabled.

Any suggestions?

Hello Cookie,

I think it is best to call Garmin for assistance with this. There are a few factors that could be causing issues and they will be able to assist. 1-800-800-1020
