Why are there 2 definitions/labels on this part? What difference, if any, between the "HD" cable and the "ESP" cable? Also, will either work on an '06 Chevy Express van, 3500 series?

Hello Dave,

ESP is what Garmin called it first then changed its name to HD.

Vehicle Compatibility: ecoRoute hd will work on all vehicles manufactured after 1996 in the US (1998 in Canada) with the following ODBII systems: J1850 VPW, ISO 9141-2, J1850 PWM, KWP2000, ISO14230, CAN
