How does the Contour Flex Strap perform for SCUBA diving?

Someone by the name of Ian from Calgary entered a comment about the Flex Strap in January 2012, indicating that he was going to use it SCUBA diving in the near future... Would be nice to get an update on how the strap performed. I'm trying to figure out which is the best attachment for my Contour Roam when I take it underwater. I don't think that the headband attachment is good, because of the air bubbles coming out of the regulator.
Any suggestions regarding this issue would be appreciated. Thanks.

There has not been any feedback from Ian on the performance of the strap.
The strap is not designed as a wrist strap and may present some difficulty in attachment and removal from the wrist.
It may however work for your intended purpose.

Buy ski pole mounts then get and old ski pole cut it down to a manageable size then attach waterproof housing works well when filming in hard to see reach areas ie eels craveses ect the alternatively drill two holes in ski pole and cable tie a underwater light to see in the dark
