I have the GoPro Hero2 and the motorsports edition of mounts. I was upset to discover that the attachments wouldn't really let me mount the camera on the dash of my vehicle to look out at the road through the windshield. I am now in the market for something that will me allow to mount my Hero2 securely on the dash of my Toyota RAV4, to film out the front windshield. Will this do it?!

to mount it to the dash a suction cup will not work. You will need a dash plate to use a suction cup. Here is a link.

* You will need a smaller RAM suction cup

You can also use adhesive and mount it or a screw down type base.
