How install snap-link ball into socket? Just push until it breaks? At an angle? Received order yesterday, and need to attach various snap link balls (rap-sb-238u) to snap-sockets (ram-hol-un7u).

There are no instructions about how much force to use, or whether to try angles less than 90 degrees.

The snap link balls are not compatible with the RAM-hol-un7. RAM does not make a snap link ball that attaches to that holder at this time. You may be able to unsecurely attach the RAM-sb-238 to the RAM-HOL-un7 using one of the AMPS holes, a screw and a nut. Then you can mate the un7 with a female snapball at the other end. Please let us know if you get it to work.
