I just recieved my replacement band but there were no instructions sent on how to install it and I can't get it to work.

You may want to take the watch to a watch shop and have them replace it for you if you continue to have difficulties. Here are some instructions.

Put the unit face down on a table. There are two holes on the back of each strap. Use the tool to push/pull the pin so the strap pops off the watch. There is a collar on the pin that the tool will grab onto. You have to push the pin right back and pull on the strap at the same time.

Once the old strap is off you can put the new one on. You will need to use the tool to push the pin back so you can put the strap on. This time you will do it from the opposite side you used to take the strap off. Make sure the pin is seated on one side of the strap and use the tool to push the pin so that the strap snaps on.

It will take a few tries to get it done.
