Hi, is the temperature recorded in the Montana's track log? (I'm thinking of buying the Montana and Tempe together with this in mind). Thanks

Yes, all units compatible with the Tempe will log the temperature to the tracklog. You will need to update your GPS unit for this function. It will work fine with the Montana series.
