If you go SETTINGS, GENERAL, DATA FIELDS, Pick your screen (Main 1, Main 2 Running etc, Set the number of data fields you want on the selected screen, hit Enter then use the up/down arrows to select the data field you want to change(it will be black) hit enter and scroll through the list of options, hit enter to select the one you want. voila, fini

Always make sure to back up your data when doing a reset, it's not common, but sometimes saved data can be lost.
