I can use this to track distance&time while hiking, right? How about casual bicycling? Will it cover speeds up to 15 mph and distance up to about 20 miles? Could not find this data in the spec tab as to max of coverage for speed&distance. I would love to be able to have something for all my casual sporting outings.

This unit is not good for what you mentioned but can be done. You can track the time and distance you traveled. 20miles and 15Mph will record fine. I highly suggest a better unit like the Forerunner 310, 910 or Garmin Fenix for what you mentioned
