Is it easy to manipulate the buttons with gloves, during winter?

Is it easy to see the numbers on the screen in the dark?

Hello Yandeb,
The ease of use with gloves will depend on the type of glove. I have a few pairs lying around the house, so I thought I would try it out with my Forerunner305. I was able to use all the buttons with all 3 pairs I tried. I found that the down arrow button on the right side was a little tricky because of the two buttons surrounding it. Hopefully your gloves will work fine with the buttons on the Forerunner305.

* I also use the velcro wrist strap that comes with the bike mount kit which may make it easier to use the buttons but harder to slide into your jacket sleeve. http://www.gpscity.com/garmin-forerunner-205-and-305-quick-release-bike-wrist-mount-kit.html

Have fun!

Hello Again,

"Is it easy to see the numbers on the screen in the dark?"
- Yes, if you tap the power button when the GPS is on the backlight will come on making it very easy to read in the dark.

Cheers
