Will the smaller ball fit the garmin 660 cradle (010-10823-06) and the bigger ball fit the socket arm (ram-b-201u-c)?

The smaller ball will fit the garmin cradles but the larger ball will only fit the RAM snap link parts.

An additional question is: Is there a similar part that has a Ram B ball on one side and the Garmin Snap Link ball on the other? This would be so handy in the case where you have a second bike (or rental) and wanted to use your 660/665 without having to hardwire a cradle.

It doesn't exist as one part, but you could get these two pieces and accomplish the same thing:

Ben,
I assume that you mean to just bolt the plates back to back to form the link, correct? Do you konw if RAM has any plans to develop a product for this application? It appears from your video that GPS city doesn't recommend that type connection for motorcycles. I suppose that a couple of tie wraps would ensure that the unit wouldn't fall off.

Correct, those two plates would bolt together, back-to-back. No plans yet to make such a product, as the Garmin G-Ball isn't usually recommended for motorcycle use. Unfortunately there's no easy solution to mount the Zumo on the motorcycle without wiring to the battery - if you're going to do it, I would take as many precautions as possible (lanyard, tie wrap, etc.) to make sure it's secure.

Ram does make a strap mount now which they say is compatible with the Zumo, but was seeking that "security" and anti-vibration of the Ram B mounting system. Are you aware of a cradle that unit mount (Garmin's cradle for the car w/o any wires) could snap into? I could then power the unit from the cigarette lighter on my faring.

I would not recommend using the strap mounts or any Garmin G-Ball for mounting the Zumo.
The Zumo 6xx motorcycle cradle can be wired to a vehicle accessory plug to supply 12 volts. The power conversion is done at the cradle for the Zumo.
