I just received an RAP-SB-166G Locking Suction Mount with Garmin Nuvi G-Ball assembly from you today with "some assembly required", i.e. it came as three separately packaged pieces. I'm having difficult seeing how the Snap Link ball on the RAP-SBA-RGLU arm is supposed to connect to the RAP-SB-238FU diamond plate base. The ball seems to be too large for the socket. Should I just force it in? Also, what about the "O" ring that came with the base? Does it just lie in bottom of the socket or should it somehow be attached to the Snap Line ball or arm.

I was unable to locate any useful Snap Link information (such as one of your usually very good videos)on your website. You might want to think about adding something.

Thanks in advance.

You will need to use a lot of force to get it in. Once in it should fit snug and hold its position better. Yes the rubber O ring will sit in the bottom of the socket.

Thanks Jordan. I finally was able to get it to go together, but I needed to use some Vaseline and a big hammer.
