What is «Tree Cover» on the list of courses?

Before purchasing the Garmin S1 please explain why, on the list of courses found in my area, all courses have «Tree Cover» written beside them.

Will the watch work on these courses and what are the drawbacks.

Tree covered means there are trees covering part or all of your course. According to Garmin tech support each tree is mapped. The trees will not cause issues for the Garmin approach series.
