Hello Dave,

This mount will work with bikes that have a 3/4 inch to 1.25 inch handle bars. It will also fit onto the clutch assembly of certain bikes. I took a look online for info on your bike and I could not find anything useful.

Do you have a handlebar that has enough real-estate to fit the U-bolts on? Or do you have a clutch that fits the spacing of the two holes. Here is the tech drawing.

You will also want to take a look at the stem mount. It may be better for your bike.
