Will this fit into the center console cup holders of a 2012 Ford Fusion S?

This is a universal mount so it should work but if you can tell us the the diameter of the Ford Fusion Cup holders we can answer your question more accurately.

The nominal diameter after removal of a liner is 3.5" and the depth is also 3.5".

With the liner the dia at bottom would be 3.1"

The cup holder base will do 3" to about 3.5" so it will work with your Ford Focus cup holders. I think it would work best with the cup holder liner in. That way it will be a little more stable.
