HI would this set up, ie. the metal bolt fit on the handle of a 2011 ninja 250 for the RAM mount setup?

What size is your handle bars? The RAM-B-149 will do up to 1.25 inch handle bars with a 1.25 inch Ubolt. Some sites mention the ninja 250 Handlebars are 37mm. So the RAM-B-149 will not work. If your handlebars are 37mm then the following parts may work for you.

Are we talking about the length of the bar or how big the tube is for the U bolt to fit on?

The diameter on rhe 2011 ninja handlebar is about 73-74 mm or 2.9 inches...what would be the best to put on it?
