Hello,

1) have they fixed the cradle yet so you don't need to grind around the power port to insert the power adapter?
2) Can I still use the silicon cover with this cradle?

1) With some power cords you will need to grind the RAM holder in order to have it fit nicely. This is good feedback to pass onto RAM. The more people who mention it to them the more likely the change will be made.

2) The Holder holds around the unit very tightly so it will not bounce out. So you can not use cases or covers on the Garmin Nuvi 2XXW series while in the Ram holder.
