Is this all I need to mount eTrex 20?

The picture on catalogue shows the eTrex 20 mounted in a cradle which is attached to the handlebar zip tie mount with the use of a quick release system. When I viewed the instructional video, it only showed the zip tie mount and not the cradle. Narrator goes on to say to attach gps or whatever to this mount. No mention of the cradle. So, does this accessory at this price of $17.95 CDN include both the cradle (the part that the eTrex actually fits into) and the zip tie mount or just the zip tie mount. I see a eTrex in the picture too but, of course I understand that would not be included.

The RAP-274-1-GA48U is a complete mount with Handlebar attachment and GPS holder
