Bill asked twice about connecting to the automobile charger, which has a little probe that was inserted into the OEM suction base, not the desktop charger. which is the horizontal insert on the back of the GPS device. There is no way I can see on the holder or mount that I purchased from you for the automobile charger probe. Also, why don't you include some instructions on the packets of equipment you sent?

The power port will be accessible while in the RAM cradle. There are no instructions available with these mounts. If you need guidance feel free to watch our many videos on RAM parts and or give us a call
