Im interested in the stainless version of this mount. The tubing it will mount on is 1" OD stainless will it fit. Also I need the mid sized clamp do I have to buy it separatly?

This setup will fit a one inch bar. I assume by clamp you mean an extra Ubolt. Larger ones are purchased separately for this item Here is a link to buy other parts.

Sorry I'm interested in a longer arm. I need t be able to have the clamp off to one side and be able rotate the iPad 360 degrees

For that setup you will need to buy the long arm separately on top of the kit. Or you can buy all parts separately and sub the arm for a longer one.
