I'm wondering if this mount can be put on a harley, handle bars are 1 inch wide ..also i have an apple ipod touch 32g, does it fit in the cradle from this package..does it hold firm enough that bumps and holes in the road won't shake my ipod loose while riding and land up falling on the road?

Hello,

This package is designed for the new iPod Touch with front and rear facing cameras so if this is the iPod you have it will work. The U-Bolts accommodate .75 to 1.25" handlebars so you should be fine. The RAM Mounts are designed for rugged applications so you will be fine using it on your motorcycle.
