It looks like just what I need except it appears to be WAY over on the front passenger seat. Does the laptop somehow rotate or glide or adjust across or over the center console in order to be comfortably usable when I am seated in the driver's seat?

Hello Robert,

In the current configuration it will hover above your console. You may need a few more parts to make it over the center console and in front of you. How far does it have to reach? How much higher than the seat is your console?

I highly recommend a no-drill laptop mount with a quick release(RAM-VB-REM1) if you plan on using it in the same vehicle all the time. It will have better movement, it can easily swing from passenger to driver. We have a database you can use to see what vehicle mount works for your vehicle. If you can not find a suitable mount, just let us know the year, make, and model of the vehicle and we will help you find the right one.
