I received the update I buy from GPS city. When I try to install the update following the instruction step by step, nothing happen. A bleu screen shown a few second but I can not read what it said because the display was to short. Any suggestion to resolved the problems. Thanks

We do not have experience installing this software on a Goldwing bike. It is best to call Garmin for assistance at 1-800-800-1020. Be sure to have the GPS and update handy when you call.

Same thing happenned to me. Nothing is really happening. Since we have Canadian bikes, do we need to do a forced update as describe in the owner's manual. I am sure I am not the only one. There must be a step missing (due to canadian bike?) I suggest you verify with Garmin and if so, post teh missing steps here.
