will the Garmin NuMpas NA Lifteime uptdates be compatible with my GPSMAP 378?

Hi Andre,

As long as you have Garmin City Navigator North America NT installed as a DVD on your computer, yes this will work to update the maps for your unit.

I also wonder is this the USA only north america map... or the USA and Canada map, or the Canada only map, or the USA, Canada, Mexico map

it doesn't really say which this is..

To me North America is Canada, USA, AND Mexico...

Guess I'll just download them for free until I find out if it includes all of north america or is some crap limited version

City Navigator North America only contains Canada and the USA. Mexico is not in the package. You can purchase Mexico separately if needed.
