What are my updating options for the Garmin Nuvi 265 WT? We have 9 units and I was hoping for to avoid having to connect the GPS to a computer. We have many restrictions against installing any drivers or sofware.

Hello Kris,

The most affordable way is by using the nuMaps lifetime subscription. If you can not convince the IT department to set you computer up to do the updates you can buy the maps on memory card.

If you buy the map on memory card all you have to do is insert it into the GPS then disable last years map in the settings menu. Everytime you want to update you will have to buy a new card.
