Bought my Unit from you folks in October. Have been desk testing it and getting used to its functions with it attached to a battery the last month or so.

My question is .. How sensitive is the unit to battery voltage? I have put a meter on the battery and it's showing at least 12 volts but I am now getting view flicker and then fade to black. After a few minutes when I turn it on again, it'll work OK for a few minutes but then do the flicker/fade to black deal again. HELP

Rick

The voltage power requirement for the Elite-5 input is 10 - 17 volts DC with a current draw of 630 mA at 13.5 volts.

Check that the electrical connections are clean.
You may want to perform a reset to the unit to try and fix the issue.
