. I know the 740s comes compatible for sonar use for depth and fish finding. Does it not come with an actual thru hull or mount sensor or it just comes with the cable. I have a 33 ft Baja. If I need a sensor for the 740s. What do you recommend. ? Thank you

There is no sounder included with the GPSMap 740S. I have no specific recommendation for you will need to pick one that best suits your boat. Most people go for the standard Transom mount 010-10272-00

I am concerned about the plastic mount due to the boats top speed capabilities. Do you feel that the plastic mount one that you suggest that is the most common would be fine..Or hitting 75mph might cause it to break off, or get damaged ? Thanks again

I am not sure. the max speed I have used it at is 40MPH using a suction cup on the transom of my boat and it did not break or come loose.
