just received 526s with blu chrt2 vision card from gpscity. question... in simulate mode, will the plotter auto guide? on land...no transducer installed.
am trying to learn how to use this machine properly and cant make it do this.

On land the unit does not have the ability to use street maps for auto guidance. The GPSMap 526S will autoguide on water in simulate mode. You will need to move the GPS position to the lake you are boating when in simulate mode.
