I have a new 421s and the boat I purchased has an external antenna from a Garmin GPS. Is there an adapter to connect them as the connector is a bit different? I an not sure what kind of antenna the external one is.

Hello Scott,

There is most likely an adapter available from someone. The first thing is to figure out the connection on your boat. Once you know that you can search for a BNC to your connector. Just make sure you get the gender of the connectors right.

** You should not need to use the antenna if your GPS can see the sky without obstructions. I would test the 421S first before buying the adapter **
