WITH THIS USE THE NETWORKING FEATURE TO CONNECT WITH A 998 AND IF SO WHAT DATA WILL IT SHARE

The networking is for sharing data between humminbird models on a boat. Humminbird® high-speed Ethernet lets you share sonar, GPS, waypoints, and more between compatible units.
