Is this the only card that covers the west coast of British Columbia for the Garmin 78sc, or is 010-c1018-20 compatible with this GPS. I bought a 276c from you a couple of years ago and have been really happy with it. They have discontinued that product which GPS replaced that one?

The Garmin microSD Card BlueChart g2 US HXUS039R only covers USA coastal waters. What you want is the Canadian Card, HXCA015R. Here is a link

The unit that is closest to the Garmin GPSMap 276C is the Garmin Montana 600 or Montana 650.

The 78SC already has the HXUS039R information in it.
